The project is for the 138,000 SF renovation and tenant build‐out of the historic opera house, the Fulton ‐ Metropolitan Opera House located at 858 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130. The Metro Opera House was originally constructed in 1919, is registered as an historic property, sits on a 0.89 acre site and has been used for many different purposes over its history. The theater is planned to reopen as a concert venue, managed by Live Nation.
