The Site is located on Block 9501, Lot 4.01 at 605 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey. The project is a Phase II of mixed-use residential development consisting of three high rise towers. Phase II building consists of 71-story (height is 70 floors excluding 13th floor) plus cellar mixed-use building with 704 residential units, 500 interior parking spaces, 17,500 SF retail space and partially covered plaza. The project is designed to meet LEED requirements.
