This mixed-use project will consist of two separate buildings, a residential building at the east end of the property and a medical office building at the west end. The south areas of both buildings and exterior pavements will require earth retention, including fills over the existing slopes, ranging from about 10 to 24 feet in height. The majority of the site surface will be paved drive with 102 parking spaces planned. The residential building will be 37,012 square feet, four stories, with 33 one, two- and three-bedroom apartments, a fitness room and a game room, and parking underneath at grade. The medical office building will be 14,400 square feet, three stories with four medical office suites, with parking underneath at grade.
